Best Western Plus Rapid City Rushmore

Of all the Best Western's I've stayed at in my life, this one was the best! I was surprised to learn that the property is 5 years old. It's super clean and very well-maintained with no flaws in the rooms in which I stayed (1st and 4th nights of my visit to the Black Hills region). The front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful, and took a sincere interest in my travels... a big shout out to Latasha for going the extra mile in creating and printing out a custom restaurant recommendation guide just for me! I would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

The hotel is new and in tip-top condition. Our room was well furbished, everything was clean, and breakfast provided us with a great start to the day. We particularly appreciated the nice receptionists who were always in a great mood and ready to help us with any questions we had. The hotel is also well situated if you are mainly staying in Rapid City to explore the Black Hills and Badlands.

I liked that the room seemed clean. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast bar did an excellent job keeping the everything clean and well stocked.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Attractive decor. Shower was clean and in new condition. The pool was nice. Tv was large and worked well. Loved seeing prairie outside the window in the morning. Thank you for having gluten free muffins and other options for breakfast!

It was a new spacious hotel serving a vey good breakfast. Location was in a quiet area but easily accessible by car and there were restaurants nearby. Coffee or tea were always available in the lobby and a coffee making machine was also in the room.
